I'm a Vegan Ambassador, and my mission is to share all the great things about vegan diet and lifestyle. If you want to make healthy changes in your diet, lifestyle, and even perspective, this is a good place to start. I know how powerful plant foods are, because they've helped me to change my entire life. If I can do it, anyone can. We're all in this together, and every time we choose plant foods over animal foods we become part of the solution to a better world for all of us. Even if you have no plans to go devotedly vegan, I hope you'll consider something as simple as a meatless meal now and then, or observing Meatless Mondays in your house. Some people find that "going vegan between parties" is a good way to start. It all helps, and the more you do, the better you'll start to feel. Good food is good food, and Vegan food, like Italian, Mexican, and Chinese food, is ready to be recognized as a mainstream cuisine worth going out of your way for. Enjoy!
It takes a little work to be a vegan, but now it's really possible to have tasty stuff and it's better for you. I say the best test is go as far as you can and see how you feel. Personally, I feel great.
